Destroyers in my messed up sense: Put the biggest guns you can on it, and then think about the tank. At least that's how I do it.

You really can't do 2 things at one effectively on one character, so I suggest doing and trying everything you can for a month, then figure out what you want to specialize in, and how you'll survive in eve doing it. Best of luck on your endeavors. o/

It's pretty easy to grind your faction ratings back up, and you're really not going to miss anything by going Gallente, you can always train for Caldari ships anyday, although I recommend you training and specializing in Gallente ships first. But...

Your neural attributes affect how long skills train. I would hold off on using your remaps until you know what you want to do in the game.
